Q: Can I use the software on my phone or tablet?
A: The software purchased through our website is for Mac and Windows computers. We do have an iPhone/iPad app available. This app is free to try and supports in app purchases for individual guides.
Q: Can I use the software on computer and phone at the same time?
A: If you would like to use the software on both computer and phone, please purchase the software using the mobile app first and then email us to get information about getting the software on your computer.
Q: Does the mobile and computer version use the same questions.
A: Yes
Q: Will the software be released on Android?
A: Yes we are working on getting the software working on Android and Chromebook.
Q: When will I be able to download the software?
A: Once you make a purchase you will get an email with instructions to download the software right away. We will process the order on our end and send out an email with your "KS" number. This number can be used to activate the software and to talk to technical support if needed.
Q: How do I activate the software?
A: The best way to activate the software is to click on the "Activate Software" button on the home page of the software once installed. Fill out the form and hit submit.
Once you hit submit your request will go to us to validate your information. If you don't get your activation request back right away don't worry, submitting multiple requests will not make it happen quicker. Please be patient and if you think your activation did not go through please email Knightlitehelp@gmail.com for assistance.
Q: How long can I use the program without activating it?
A: You can use the software without activating but there is a 15 minute timer that will be running. Once the timer is up the software will close. You can reopen the software and use it again after this.
Q: How long will it take to get the software activated?
A: Software will be activated during the normal business hours. We are in the process of trying to streamline this more but this could take a couple hours depending on our availability.
Q: Can I activate the software without my "KS" number?
A: Yes you can, just use your order number.

A: We have had to discontinue phone support at the moment. The best and fastest way to get in contact with us is via email.
