Digital Download Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When will I be able to download the software?
A: Once you make a purchase you will get an email with instructions to download the software right away. We will process the order on our end and send out an email with your "KS" number. This number can be used to activate the software and to talk to technical support if needed.
Q: How do I activate the software?
A: The best way to activate the software is to click on the "Activate Software" button on the home page of the software once installed. Fill out the form and hit submit.
Once you hit submit your request will go to us to validate your information. If you don't get your activation request back right away don't worry, submitting multiple requests will not make it happen quicker. Please be patient and if you think your activation did not go through please email Knightlitehelp@gmail.com for assistance. This could take a couple hours depending on our availability. (We are not doing activations over the phone at the moment, sorry for the inconvenience) We send out activations during our business hours.
Q: How long can I use the program without activating it?
A: You can use the software without activating but there is a 15 minute timer that will be running. Once the timer is up the software will close. You can reopen the software and use it again after this.
Q: How long will it take to get the software activated?
A: Software will be activated during the normal business hours. We are in the process of trying to streamline this more but this could take a couple hours depending on our availability.
Q: Can I activate the software without my "KS" number?
A: Yes you can, just use your order number.
